Terms of use
The rules for using this website and enquiring about a Kausala programme.
Draft, version 2026-10-24-draft. Working draft for owner and legal review — not final, not reviewed by a lawyer, not legal advice.
These terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you enquire about a programme, the confirmation we send you also forms part of the agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The contracting entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction are to be confirmed ([legal entity], [registered address], [jurisdiction]).
Enquiries are not confirmed places
Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. A place exists only when we confirm the level, batch and plan in writing and payment is completed. We may decline an enquiry if a batch is full or the programme is not suitable.
Information on this site about levels, plans, fees and dates is kept as accurate as we can, but may change before a place is confirmed.
Fees and payment
School fees are charged per level (one academic year), not per month. Current published plans are Basic ₹2,499, Plus ₹3,499 and Premium ₹4,999, inclusive of GST. A take-home kit is included in Premium only.
College engagements are quoted per batch after we understand the branch, dates, batch size and kit requirements. No college prices are published.
Payments are made through a secure link from our payment provider. We do not collect card or UPI details on this site. Receipts are sent by email.
Programme changes
We may change a session time, trainer, venue or module where necessary, and will tell the guardian or college contact as soon as we can. If we cancel a programme and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the refund policy applies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, submit false information, or use the enquiry forms for spam. Do not copy the site's text or images for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
The Kausala name, site text, design and course materials belong to Kausala or are used with permission. Students own the work they create, subject to any third-party components and the licence terms of software they use.
Liability
We take care with the content on this site, but it is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new version date. Questions: hello@kausala.in.
