About
The name is the mission.
In Telugu and Kannada families, kausala is what a well-practised craft is called — skill used confidently. That is the whole idea: a place where children and young engineers practise until skill becomes ordinary.
How we teach
Not a lecture hall. Sessions are tables of ordinary things students will build, break and re-do: a circuit that makes sense for the first time, a robot that finally follows the line, a program that keeps crashing until it works. It stays hands-on and celebration-oriented in the same breath — a school-year worth of Saturdays, not an exam syllabus to cram.
Every level ends with outcomes — not marks. What students make and present speaks for the marksheet they carry home. Confidence with giving a talk is planned as deliberately as the circuits.
Weekend only
Every Saturday, 2½ hours, so the school week stays untouched.
