Weekend program · Classes 6–9

Where curiosity becomes capability.

Kausala is a four-level weekend program for Classes 6–9 — one level a year, moving from discovering how things work to designing and building solutions of your own.

01
Explorer — Class 6
"How does it work?" — discover
02
Maker — Class 7
"Can I build it?" — build
03
Innovator — Class 8
"Can I improve it?" — solve
04
Creator — Class 9
"What can I create?" — create

Why a weekend program

School covers the curriculum. Kausala covers everything a report card doesn't: building things with your hands, speaking up with confidence, and working through a real problem with a team — two and a half hours every Saturday, without competing with weekday homework.

Every level, five pillars

The subjects don't change year to year — the depth does. A Class 6 student and a Class 9 student both touch electronics, coding, English and teamwork; what they build with those pillars is what changes.

01

STEM & Innovation

Scientific thinking, the engineering design process, hands-on experiments.

02

Coding & Digital Skills

Scratch to Python — computational thinking through actual projects, not theory.

03

Electronics & Robotics

Circuits, sensors, microcontrollers, and robots students wire and program themselves.

04

English & Communication

Speaking practice, storytelling, debate, presentation — confidence over grammar drills.

05

Life & Soft Skills

Teamwork, leadership, problem solving and decision making, practiced in every session.

Four levels, one journey

Students don't have to enter at Level 1 — a short level assessment places new students at the right stage for their age and experience.

Level 1

Explorer — Class 6

Simple circuits, block-based coding, and a first robot.

Level 2

Maker — Class 7

Arduino, sensors, and line-following robots.

Level 3

Innovator — Class 8

Design thinking, IoT, and a self-chosen problem to solve.

Level 4

Creator — Class 9

A capstone project, from idea to working prototype to pitch.

Quick questions

The essentials — see the Plans & Kits page for full pricing detail.

What grades is Kausala for?
Classes 6 through 9, split into four levels — Explorer, Maker, Innovator and Creator — one level per academic year.
Do we need any prior experience?
No. Level 1 (Explorer) assumes nothing beyond curiosity. Students joining mid-way take a short level assessment to find the right starting point.
Is a physical kit required?
No — the Basic and Plus plans use shared classroom equipment. The Premium plan adds a take-home kit for students who want to keep building at home.
How do I enroll?
Fill in the enquiry form on the Contact page with your child's grade and the plan you're interested in — we'll follow up with batch timings and next steps.
