Who we are

Kausala Academy of Skills operates this website and the programmes described on it. Our operating location is Sullurupeta, Andhra Pradesh. The registered legal entity, registered address, GST status and grievance officer are still to be confirmed ([legal entity], [registered address], [GSTIN]).

Information we collect

When a parent or school student enquires, we collect the name you give us, your phone number, an optional email address, the student's class in school, the plan of interest, an optional city, an optional preferred time and any message you write.

When a college requests a proposal, we collect your name, role, work email, phone number, college, an optional city, branches, year of study, an optional approximate batch size, plan of interest, an optional preferred time and message.

We also receive basic technical information needed to serve the site, such as the request path and approximate request rate. We do not create student accounts and students do not log in.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, confirm a level or college proposal, arrange a batch, provide the programme, issue certificates and keep records of consent.

To meet legal, tax and safety obligations, and to prevent spam or misuse of the forms.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use children's data for advertising.

Consent and children

School enquiries must be made or authorised by a parent or guardian. The form asks for that confirmation. See the Child Safety & Parental Consent page for how we handle children's information and photographs.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the academy: hosting, email delivery, payment processing and, where relevant, the venue. Payment card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and are never collected on this website.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect a child or another person from harm.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, then deleted or anonymised. Retention periods are being confirmed with the owner ([retention period]). Records connected to payments or certificates may be kept longer where law or verification requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we do not need to keep it. Email the request from the address you used, or call us. We may need to verify your identity, especially for a child's record.

You can withdraw consent for future contact at any time. Withdrawal does not affect work already done or records we must keep by law.

Cookies and third parties

This draft site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load. The Cookie Notice explains this and how to block it.
